Customer Reviews
Watch works, shipping slow
Ordered a JrTrack 3. It arrived after about 8 days. Watch works fine. Setup was easy. GPS tracking is accurate.
Good deal on JrTrack 2
I was looking for a kids' smartwatch that wouldn't break the bank. I snagged a JrTrack 2 SE during a sale and felt like I got a really good value. The monthly plan was reasonable too, especially compared to some other brands I checked out. It does everything we need without extra frills, so the price felt right.
Still a reliable choice
This was my third time buying from COSMO, actually. I got a JrTrack 2 for my oldest a few years back, and then a JrTrack 3 for my middle child last year. This time it was another JrTrack 3 for my youngest. Their service has been consistent; the watches always arrive as expected and the setup is familiar. The app works well enough, and I trust the GPS tracking. It's why I keep coming back when I need another kids' watch. No big surprises, which is a good thing for tech like this.
Decent watch, app could improve
I bought the JrTrack 3 for my daughter. The watch itself is pretty sturdy and the call quality is clear. GPS tracking is usually accurate, which gives me peace of mind. Shipping was average, took about a week to get here. My only minor issue is the family safety app can be a bit clunky sometimes. It sometimes takes a few tries to load the location history, but overall, it's a solid product for the price and gets the job done for safety.
JrTrack 3 works great
I got the JrTrack 3 for my son a couple weeks ago. It was pretty easy to set up with the app. He likes being able to call me, and I like that I can see where he is after school. The battery lasts a good while too. Just felt like a good, solid choice for a kids' watch.

Can you actually use your own SIM card in these COSMO watches, or do you have to use their service plan? Trying to figure out if it'll work with my current family plan.
hey, anyone know if they ever have a decent sale on these? I'm looking at getting the JrTrack 3 for my son but don't want to buy it if there's a big sale coming up soon.
